Softsera provides digital marketing, web design, SEO, automation setup, advertising, and related consulting services. Each project’s scope, deliverables, and timeline are defined in written proposals or quotations before work begins.
All payments must be made as per the invoices or agreed project quotation.
A minimum of 50% advance payment is required to initiate any project.
Remaining payment is due before final delivery of assets or reports.
Payments are non-transferable and subject to standard processing fees, if applicable.
Transactions are securely processed through authorized payment gateways.
A full refund is available if the client cancels before the project has started.
Partial refunds may be considered if only part of the project is completed.
No refund applies once marketing campaigns or design deliverables are live.
For retainer or monthly contracts, cancellation requires a 7-day notice before renewal.
Full rights to project deliverables transfer to the client only after complete payment.
Softsera retains the right to display work (designs, ads, websites) for portfolio or marketing purposes.
Unauthorized reuse, copy, or resale of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
Clients must provide necessary access, brand data, and approval within the project timeline.
Delays in feedback or content can extend delivery timelines.
Softsera is not liable for delays caused by unresponsive client communication.

Softsera shall not be held responsible for:
Losses from third-party platform changes (e.g., Google, Meta, or hosting providers).
Server downtime or policy changes affecting campaign results.
Indirect losses, including revenue reduction or reputational damage.
Maximum liability is limited to the service amount paid.
Softsera reserves the right to suspend or terminate a service if:
The client fails to make payments beyond 14 days of due date.
The project involves unethical, illegal, or prohibited content.
Clients may request termination through written notice, subject to clearance of outstanding dues.
