At Softsera, we aim for 100% client satisfaction through transparent and measurable digital marketing results.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Clients may cancel a project before the work starts or within the first 48 hours of payment.

  • Cancellations after service initiation are not eligible for a full refund but may be subject to partial refunds based on completed work hours.

  • Any ongoing subscription-based digital services require a written cancellation notice at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
